課程目標 |
Let students learn how to apply current available techniques to solve certain unanswered questions in the field of T cell immunology.
By ChIP and qPCR to detect factors that may involve in the developmental regulation of T cell receptor (TCR) genes to probe the mechanisms by which V(D)J recombination is regulated.
By deep sequencing to look into the diversity of TCR in humans. Through the sequence analysis and the help of available bioinformatics, we wish to find the rules that govern the generation of TCR diversity and the potential pathogenic TCRs.
